Thank you for supporting Hosanna Aroma. Each order is prepared with care, prayerful intention, and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Because many of our products are small-batch and handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume launches, seasonal releases, or holidays. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7-10 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method -
International Shipping:
7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Hosanna Aroma is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Hosanna Aroma is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Hosanna Aroma is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please:

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or resolution as appropriate.

Due to the natural, botanical, and artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, aroma, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute damage or defect.
